Hi there just practising my hostile short landing abilities in this new G-max RAF herc 8)

...
Just loading up and starting up the whole excersise takes me about 20 minutes so I've loaded up half fuel and the equivilant weight of 20 troops.

...
Taking off in a fairly mundane way.

...
Approaching at about 1200ft and 90kts out of small arms fire. I'm pretending that the runway only goes up to the end of the hatches.

...
The famous dive into the airfield about to put on reverse thrust.

...
Touchdown and straight away putting on full reverse.

...
One of the best I've done, I stopped with plenty of room to spare.

...
Brakes on full power you can see the suspension compress as it struggles to stand still.

...
Just made it phew.

...
Steep climb until out of small arms fire again.

...
A bit of low flying and VFR navigation before landing.

...
And I'm back in time for tea.

Sorry about the graphics but my PC isn't really powerful enough for fs9. But I got a monster of a PC coming in a few weeks and you'll get AMAZING shots from that I guarantee.

Stick a fork in me I'm done.
