So there I was, comin into El Paso Intl in my trusty H-1 with full flaps and gear down, about 125 kts when a dern MD-83 on final comes sweeping in on my landing!! I was cleared to land on runway 4, first for landing, and he was sitting back whilst I landed, but NO! He had to be first. Came in

under

me and landed. And then I was given the Go-around! Pulled up my flaps, throttled up hot and pulled the gear in, missing the ground by about fifty feet. Needless to say I was

livid

.

So what do I do? I was mad enough to spit and tired to boot, having flown 350 miles already and was not in the mood to be put upon. So I buzzed him . . .

I think he wet in his pants!!

So I go around and land, and what do I see at the gates but the MD. So I taxi over and park, making sure he's good and ready to sit for a VERY LONG TIME. Grin

He's still there, waiting for me to get on . . .

ya shoulda done that "beat up" on the downwind and at high speed, right "nose on", so you could enjoy the look of terror in his eyes as you passed over his location......... Angry

Actually, I left the sim running for about thirty minutes and when I came back, the dang thing was just gone. I think it just disappeared (that's what happens when a plane can't take off on time). Darn!! I wanted him to sit and suffer!

couldn't you touchdown just before him or so... would be fun

just land and take the first taxiway you can turn on safely, they will hand you over to ground anyway
