The boat comes in one of Bill Lyon's Custom Classics, recently re-released as freeware; and the sim is FS9 if I'm not mistaken.

Have to say that the waterside scenery and cityscape are excellent - where is it?
But the water looks like something out of Half-Life!

Yep, fs9 and custom classics- the Ryan Sportster thingy. Not actually flown the plane yet just its car and boat lol.
Scenery is the default Seattle- Tacoma intl with all sliders set up.
