~S~.How do i disable the intro movies in both CFS1 + 2?
When they run it makes the screen slightly off.And can anyone tell me how to put the CFS3 contrails on properly?

I can't remember where they are, but look for .mpg files and double click on them to see which one is the intro movie. They should be windows media files and will play on windows media player. When you find the intro movie, simply remove it.

To disable the opening movie in CFS1 & CFS2, open COMBATFS.CFG or CFS2.CFG in Notepad & look under the [MAIN] header. Change ShowLogo=1 to ShowLogo=0. Exit Notepad saving changes
I can't answer the question on CFS3.

I can't think of anything much easier than that simple tweak. It's actually the M$ recommended method & would be quicker than searching for those files & deleting them. LOL

Changing the 1 to zero is easier. and it wouldn't lock
up your game saying Can't find Combat CFG File.

Not to my knowledge Brad. I must have installed CFS1 & CFS2 around 50 times over the years on 2 different machines. Are you sure you didn't edit the CFG?

They're in the folder called "videos". As I said before, if you double click them they play on windows media player (or whatever player you have set as default).
