Does anyone know of any good places to go spotting at Pearson Intl (CYYZ)?

They used to have places for people to watch but not any more. Just take a walk down Airport Rd. The planes fly right over that area when taking off and landing.
I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.

There is a Wendy’s restaurant about 30 meters past the threshold of one of the runways. There is a street that is sandwiched inbetween the runway and the restaurant. I cant remember where it is specifically, just drive along the fenses. It might be on Airport Road like Orenda said.
I once saw a Super Connie.

Just off to the right of the threshold of 23R there is a parking lot which I have shot many, many images.....arrivals and Departures, in fact I was on the phone there two yrs ago when a Concord left.....blew Wendy away on the other end of my call......
This is where the parking lot is........look for it on Airport Rd at the North end of the airport...
This shot shows the PetroCan station opposite the end of 23R..........the parking lot is right there......

There's an aviation bookstore on the South side which has a great selection of books, models, charts and general gear. If you stand in the parking lot of this place, the planes literally land right over your head, depending on the wind of course. It's right next to the Fox & Fiddle restaurant and a Tex/Mex place that I think was called Arizona. can't remember, too busy looking at their great looking waitresses. Speaking of restaurants, that Super Connie is on the North side. Somebody tried to make it into a restaurant, but I think it failed. You can see it right next to the road. The North side seems to have less activity though. 8)
.....so I loaded up the plane and moved to Middle-EEEE..........OIL..that is......

You must be talking about the bookstore on Carlingview Dr..... it lines up with 23L and is a good place to see the underside of the big ones......
I went there once but it was closed by 5 minutes and never went back as I had too many good books and a wife that wasn't thrilled about me coming home with more........

I think that's it. I did an overnight there once, and around 11pm I got bored and walked down by that store from my hotel room. It was during the winter, and the visibility was down to about 1000' in fog. To stand there and watch airliners break out of the fog at 100'AGL right above your head on a CATII ILS is an incredible sight!
.....so I loaded up the plane and moved to Middle-EEEE..........OIL..that is......

I've seen that Super Connie too. It's just on a stand on the north end of the airport by the GA parking. Also my model airfield (Drumquin park at Britania and Trafalger) lies right on the flight path. You can see all kinds of commercial jets and turboprops comming in from the south to land.

I'm starting to wonder if your working with a supercomputer, something on the scale of a 2003 version of WOPPER(War Games reference, for those not paying attention!), with the speed at which you are able to retrieve pictures and diagrams on any subject we cover here Rifleman! ???
