FS Real Time is multiplying my AI????????????????? (Read 96 times)

Hello all, I am having a weird problem. My FS RealTime is multiplying the amount of AI aircraft. Approximately every 20 minutes or so the number of AI planes doubles or quadruples. After a few minutes of flying it is impossible to fly because the FPS is at about 3-4 ,and the graphics take forever to load when switching views. Can anyone help, I do like flying with the AI aircraft around.

You could try turning the AI percentage down, that would make there be less of them in the sky, but as for fixing the problem, I'm stumped.

I have turned the AI percentage down, it does not help, the number of AI planes is MULTIPLYING every 20 minutes. Example: if I have 10 planes flying, in approximately 20 minutes there will be 40, then 160, then 640. All in very close proximity to me and each other. To use realtime I have to turn the AI percentage to 0%

You may have to bite the bullet and remove the program. Sometimes these things don't always work,come to think of it I think I binned it myself ages ago but not for your reasons.

It may be worthwhile in future to create a 'restore' point before you load these files so that if things get out of hand you can revert to your previous setting.
