In 2002 there was a Niagara Falls add-on that enhanced Toronto quite well.....had some neat night effects too........

I dont feel comfortable adapting FS 2002 addons to FS 2004.

As a usless comment, I took the real picture in a Bell 206 Jetranger and I also took the FS2004 picture in a Bell Jetranger.
