If you put a woman on a pedestal and try to protect her from the rat race, you’re a male chauvinist.
If you stay home and do the housework, you're a sissy.
If you work too hard, there is never any time for her.
If you don't work enough, you're a good-for-nothing bum.
If she has a boring repetitive job with low pay, this is exploitation.
If you have a boring repetitive job with low pay, you should get off your butt and find something better.
If you get a promotion ahead of her, that is favoritism.
If she gets a job ahead of you, it's equal opportunity.
If you mention how nice she looks, it's sexual
harassment.
If you keep quiet, it's male indifference.
If you cry, you're a wimp.
If you don't, you're an insensitive jerk.
If you thump her, it's wife bashing.
If she thumps you, it's self-defense.
If you make a decision without consulting her, you're a chauvinist.
If she makes a decision without consulting you, she's a liberated woman.
If you ask her to do something she doesn't enjoy, that's domination.
If she asks you, it's a favor.
If you like a woman to shave her legs and keep in
shape, you're sexist.
If you don't, you're unromantic.
If you try to keep yourself in shape, you're vein.
If you don't, you're a slob.
If you buy her flowers, you're after something.
If you don't, you're not thoughtful.
If you're proud of your achievements, you're up on yourself.
If you don't, you're not ambitious.
If she has a headache, she's tired.
If you have a headache, you don't love her anymore.
If you want it too often, you're an addict.
If you don't, there must be someone else.

That's absolutely true!
Another thing I might add to this list....
Women want to be treated as equals, correct? So why are we expected to open doors for them, pull out their chairs, etc..
When was the last time a woman did that for you?
Great edit, Bob.&&&&&&Google it. &&&&

Hi Everyone;
I like to be treated like a lady!!
I like coming home to a clean house,
home cooked meals and beautiful
yard and gardens!!
Does this make PaPa less of a man?
I have someone so special, there are
no words to tell you!!
I love hot coco by the fireplace, fresh
flowers on the table and someone to hold
me all night when I have asthma so bad
you can't believe!!
Every moment of every day is precious!!
My life is a gift from God! For this I thank
him every day!!!
We are all the same in the eyes of God!
Why can we not be the same in the eyes
of each other???

Not trying to sound mean or hateful in this reply. Let me point out that this a JOKE....it is in the JOKE forum. This JOKE is meant as a satirical look at the perceptions that some men and women have towards one another. It is not meant as a social commentary on the ills of the male/female relationship. So please accept my apologies if I offend any of the ladies on the forum. But just remember...it's a JOKE...it's only a JOKE!

You need not apologize....the truth be known....I'm as guilty as your husband of what he claims in his post.
I truly adore my precious wife. I'm disabled and unable to work.
So I clean house...in fact she hasn't cleaned house in 2 years. Even when we were both employed...we shared the house work equally.
Monday through Friday...I do the dishes and cook from time to time. Every Friday....I do 90% of the cooking.
I do laundry also...although I admit to doing it the fast, economical way...all at once...lol...all in one load....and my wife for some strange reason prefers to do the laundry...hmmm...can't imagine why...lol.
I use to get her flowers all the time...but can no longer can afford them. I do still send her love poems all the time to where she works via e-mail. I give her back messages literally every night...this isn't an exaggeration either. She has epilepsy, so I do this to help relax her and remove the days stress. We have never had a real "fight" ....I don't allow them....we have a relatively stress free home. Well, with the exception of when I get mad at the ole personal confuser and curse at my computer when it's acting like goof.
So as you can see....I'm just as guilty as anyone.

Your not as guilty as anyone. Not anyone has been a Greet Beret and served in Vietnam.

PaPa has never bought a flower for me! They come
from his gardens, sometimes a rose, sometimes a
little yellow strawberry flower! They all come from
the heart, and are priceless to me!!
I beleive you and PaPa are a lot alike, in more ways
than I can say here!!
Like your wife, I too have health concerns, but I
know I have someone to take care of me, no matter
what happens!!
Our prayers and our love

I guess it's because of these 2 facts that I appreciate life and especially love so much. I've seen life as bad as it can get. I've also seen what it's like to be in a place completely devoid of love. So I truly cherish both and can only hope to one day be worthy of the love my dear wife gives me.
