Recently I changed some things (engine thrust and prop power) in the aircraft.cfg file for one of my planes to give it more realistic characteristics. Today I saw the plane for the first time after the alteration as AI traffic.

As the plane started to taxi, it flipped over and dissapeard. Is there any connection of AI traffic and the aircraft.cfg file (except for the first part ofcourse)!

Perhaps a bad AI pilot.  lol

I don't even mess around with that stuff for my AI traffic.  It's just too time consuming, and if I get started on something like that, I'll be at the computer for days on end.  I spend enough time there as it is.  lol

For my AI traffic, I use the installer packages at Project AI.  Literally drag, drop and click, and you're done.  It's one of the easiest add-ons I've come across in any category.  And well worth it.  (And it's free!)

Yes, it has everything to do with the aircraft.cfg changes.  I'm not exactly sure what you did, but from what you described it sounds like the engine torque is overwhelming the aircraft, or FS just plain doesn't like what you did to it. Grin  This has happened to me way too often.

What aircraft was it?  Default or download?  What EXACTLY did you change?  Repost the answers to these questions and I will see what I can do for you.

Hi,

Which files should I download?

I don't represent M$. Then why the name M$? Simple...I like what they make, especially FS!

Either this is the biggest coincidence in history, or I just answered this same question in an IM, to someone with the same avatar, same logo, and same number of posts, but with a different name.

If you'd like me to repeat it, I gladly will, but let me know so I know it's two different people.  lol

Sorry, man!

Thanks for the IM. Look for another query in your IM folder!
