Not that I'm aware of. FS2000 ones will work though.

There is a way by manually hex editing the MDL. Read the tute by Sergio Dolcemascolo here. http://www.simviation.com/fsdhelp.htm
Be aware there are limitations to aircraft converted in this way. For example, they are OK in Free Flight but no use as AI aircraft in QC or missions. It might be best to stick with FS2000 or proper CFS2 aircraft. IMHO

Yup sure You can convert FS2002 Aircraft to CFS2
Here are My 1st 2 Conversions, Caution, the Non Fixed Landing gear will be a little off, and in some cases will be totally "Whacked"! also You need to convert the alpha channels in the textures, or You'll see transparancy flaws

Hey,
what i've done is delete the files that r in the PANEL folder and place in default panel folder, the same thing with the SOUND folder.

what CFS2_person is referring to are originally FS2000 aircraft
that are FS2002 compatible, You can't do that with FS2002 Aircraft made specifically for FS2002, You have to edit the MDL file & re-configure the Air File by changing the values in the Landing gear, and in alot of cases, You need to give a different value to the lift of the aircraft, and last but not least, change the alpha channels in the Textures, but they come out looking like FS98 aircraft, My opinion is, it's not worth it, lot's of editing & an ugly appearance, not to mention when You change the values of the aircraft, some will fly like a rocket......what's the point?
