However.... notice the shadow anomoly on the left side on the ground under the plane.  This is the only place I have NOTICED this......... doesnt' mean it is not threre other times.

This is something I have noticed several times as well.  It is especially annoying when I am trying to land in spot view. Roll Eyes

Where is that?

OK...OK..... so I was a little nervous.  It was a small door.  But you don't have to call me chicken!   Wink

Ender_Baron,

Go to the "Select a Flight" section..... there is a folder named something like "Short Hops" or something.  It is the one called "Barnstorming".  Sets you up lined up on "final" for the barn door.

As was mentioned .... it was a lot of fun the first time.  As I was lining up and getting near the ground I was a little unsure about how SMALL that door was relative to the aircraft.  (Of course I didn't do a flyby the first time to check it out .....just dove right in  Wink).  But it was surprisingly easy.  After the first time I did it a number of times again.  After a few........  it was no challenge at all.

I have to see if they have smaller barn doors somewhere in the sim.  HEY....there is a scenery design issue.  Maybe I'll make a series of barns that have progressively smaller doors  Grin.

Like many things in life ..... from the "outside" it looks more impressive than it really is.  At least in the sim.  In a real aircraft....... the potential consequences would be a little different.  Shocked

best,

..................john

Swanny.........

Thanks for getting the image up for me.

I have to figure out what I do wrong.  It always posts as a link.... not an image.

I got a hint elsewhere..... so next time hopefully it will work.

best,
