AngryI find it most annoying to hear the 'whoop' 'whoop', too low, pull-up, pull-up sound while on final approach. I've tried to delete these 'low terrain' alert sounds from FS2002 sound folder and various gauges from panel.cfg of a/c, however to no avail. Can anyone give me any assistance here?

You need to tell us which aircraft you're using.  None of the default aircraft have "Bitchin Betty" built in.

If you're getting these warnings they are probably for a good reason.

Is your gear down on final?  If not this could be the reason you are getting the warning.  If so, there may be a problem with the aircraft.cfg file.

mikvoy:

The GPWS is a gauge in the panel you are using.
Simply alias a different panel that to the aircraft you are using and you should be OK.

Which plane are you flying, mikvoy?

I don't represent M$. Then why the name M$? Simple...I like what they make, especially FS!
