LMAO!!
A Cessna? ! "Guttsiest move I ever saw, Mav".
I never thought about applying the textures without the program. Nice idea.
Thanks! One has got to find other ways when all possible solutions have been exhausted.
Taking off from any of the decks is easy, even without arrcab. Its the landing part that's difficult. What I did was that I slowed down to just 3 or 4 KIAS over & above the "FULL FLAPS stall speed" and then about 200 feet from the deck I cut down the engine, and held the nose up to compensate for the drop in thrust. After touchdown, I immediately deployed parking brakes <not the normal brakes> and was able to stop the cessna just 2 feet before the end of the flight deck.
Other aircrafts are too fast to be able to land within the deck without some external device to arrest the speed. <Eg, the cables>
Incidentally, I can't take ATC clearance when I am on the deck. The ATC menu won't respond to my inputs while I am on the carrier deck.
I don't represent M$. Then why the name M$? Simple...I like what they make, especially FS!

I've tried before, too.
ATC just doesn't seem to recognize the carriers. There might be possible to fix that, but it's beyond me.

I am sorry, hikarien but I couldn't make out what you are trying to convey. I understand that there is an update available regarding ILS and VOR for the carrier? Please enlighten us regarding the location of the file(s).
Thank you
