Would It help to Copy the CD onto another?I did a CD scan and it said Corrupted file.

You will just have corrupted copy!!
Where did you get the Program?
M$ has always replaced "Bad" CDs
The store where you got it might
replace it??

Agreed...copying the CD will just copy the bad file.

Be warned though, I've seen some stores refuse returns simply because the box was open. Crazy, I know...

Depending on which file is corrupted, you might be able to get someone to send the file to you. Just a thought...
