I'll be at a real airshow watching the Thunderbirds on the 23rd, but I'm anxiously awaiting the stories from the vAirshow! Grin

Nope. I've got a V.I.P. coming into town on that day. And I haven't seen her in about 20 years.

I wouldn't miss that for anything.

Like most airshows, it's a two day event....

Chances are I won't be  flying in the  vShow, anyway...just too much on my plate right now.

I'll check out the screens though!

EirePlane, That is A great Idea the Virtual Air Show. A Couple Problems arise. I tried that a while back, I Evan got the Zone to Lend me some of there server for the Air Show. Heres how I did it I assigned every one an Arrival time. & Parked them. Since Everyone cant be A pilot some people have to Observe. so Static in the back active in the front. Now there is A problem with other people seeing other people's Aircraft, They have to have the Textures and the models of other people Aircraft's. They can be a hassle. But if you get everyone's textures * model post them on a site for DL so everyone can see everyone. I also had a couple people doing ATC. You will need to find an Airport with a large amount of ramp space. I did mine at March AFB. For opening Ceremonies, I had an SR-71 Break the Sound Barrier. Lol. If it is planned out well it will work, I found people who signed up never showed up Lol. So you have to make sure they show up also. If you need any help just ask, Or if I can help let me know. Other wise I will be attending as A static Aircraft.

Scott;

Biggest thread I've seen is the one Space Ace started. 23 pages and it was about uploading pictures to show how you look like.

brensec's "Best War Movie" thread was the biggest. It go so large that Pete had to lock it and start it up again as a new topic. It got to about 15 or so pages in the second thread and, as brensec says, it's not dead yet!
