How are you going to watch it? Got a grey market dish? I don't get Discovery Wings on ExpressVu, sounds like the only digital channel that would actually be worth paying extra for. Well that may soon change as the CRTC is thinking of opening up the market to US specialty stations to combat grey market dishes. Seems we'll be getting HBO and all that.  Grin

Grin Grin Grin  One of us has the "Other" of 2 Canadian Legit Satellite programs, Orenda. lol  I get it on a "Legit" "Star Choice" Satellite.  I dont believe in "stealing" signals, (or anything else for that matter), my conscience would bother me too much.  I am very surprised that Express Vu dont have it.  I have to have the whole package to get Discovery Wings (Approx $100/per month) but just gettin' that channel is worth the cost.  Awesome, absolutely awesome programming and watch it continually while flying.  Maybe thats why I "Splash" so much.  lol

If Star Choice has it, that's unusual. I get cogeco cable as well (parents can't decide if they want to keep cable of get all satellite) and they don't offer Wings either.
I think ExpressVu only offers the Canadian derivatives of the Discovery Network's stations. There is no all-Canadian "Wings" yet. I get Discovery which air's shows like "Flightpath". No digital channels though, in that package there are about 4 stations that show only reruns of Bewitched and I Dream of Jenie, but also crappy B movies. There are only a few thousand homes a cross Canada that subscribe to that junk.

I'm sorry I assumed you were "stealing" signals but, like I said, I have never heard of "Discovery Wings" in Canada.

Grin Grin Grin I am very surprised that Bell Express Vu is not carrying Discovery Wings, since they usually come out with the new channels b4 Star Choice (My brother has Express Vu.)  I have been receiving it for a couple of months now, and discovered it by accident, since I have my programmed "favourites" and forgot to set it one day and there it was.  You may want to call your Express Vu provider to see if it is or going to carry it.

And btw "No Offence" taken.  Its a burr up my ass, because legits have to pay more with so many using the little "Black Cards" to steal signals for a one time fee of $100.  Same scenario as shoplifting.

Take Care and check it out or if you know someone with Star Choice get em to tape it.  lol
