I just wanted to show you all a cool device for new high tech buisiness jets. I found this one at gulfstream.
You can watch the videos in the middle left, called Video Demonstration. And theres a real quick pic in the top right. Just go to the website and look around.

Very nice.....great thinking... I don't think it would be too difficult to design such a gauge for fs....
Though I really don't understand how it come handy.... in my opinion the "before" picture is much more clear then the "after" picture....

Maybe so, but without the E.V.S, there would be know way of even getting to the runway with the "before picture." You'd probably crash into something........or someone.......

That's why ILS is for... and tall buildings (especially around airports) have to have red lights...

Still, ILS just leads you tward it. You still need to adjust the speed and whatnot. And the tall buildings.... In the videos, you could Barely see the taxiway lights, even when they were taxing. I'd still like to see something like the EVS tho.

Whoa... That's cool! It seems like for the taxiing part it was less effective and during the low vis landing at the end. It seems like you would be using this until you get close and then go to visual. In some spots it actually seemed to interfere rather than help. The deer was awesome...

Flight Plan Closed?

I have never heard of it, but after looking at the link it looks like the FLIR system used on military and police aircraft. It is just a way to enhance the environment. I don't know how it would work with FS2002, and trying to change the colors of the environment?

One thing I don't get about that, is that their first flight was July 18th, 2002. So were they trying to find accessories for the plane, before the actual plane?
Kinda odd..
