Has anyone seen this film?

Aside from the unbelieveable and painfully obvious religious dificulties which I thank you kindly not to comment on because I hate long whinded, whining and whistfully ignorrant replies.

I thought the film was pretty good and some bits were extremely funny. Such as his ingenious way of giving his co-worker the finger Grin and his broadcast when he finds out that he stole his job and his lines.

Jim Carey has excelled himself this time and Jennifer anniston was a great supporting actress, (and she is very hot.) He has once again proved he can make you laugh with nothing more than a frantic flailing of his limbs.

I had more than a good chuckle ...

Religious beliefs aside, the underlying "moral of the story" I felt was "watch out what you ask for - you might get it, and probably isn't what you really want.."

Carey's facial expressions remind me of two experts in the field - Jonathan Winters and Benny Hill - either of whose facial antics could reduce a person to laughter without saying a word....

It looks like a good movie, but crying babies, sticky floors, echo-ey sound...  I always wait for video/DVD release. Grin I practically haven't been to the theatres in ages!

Jimbo was once again very funny at what he does best.....and as for the Apollo 13 comment, I would have gone to see it but for some strange reason I knew the outcome and didn't want to tarnish the image I have in my mind from the actual event with Hollywood mistakes.....as if they really had time to argue during that dilemma....and for them to break down and get the most important line of the entire situation, incorrect, well, that blew me away............

It's still a good movie!

Have you ever seen a perfect hollywood movie that doesn't have any mistakes? I havn't.

So if you refused to watch anything that had a mistake in it, you would never turn your tv on, which would let Wendy watch all her shows without any interuptions Grin

Andrew, I guess you will need to live through four tension filled days to know how I feel about this situation......My interests have always been filled with this kind of stuff ever since hearing about Yuri Gagarin and Alan Shepard as a kid.........having lived at that time give me an appreciation for what was done to save those three guys and I personally don't want any Hollywood intervention, changing the way I remember it..... 8)

.......as for Wendy on the TV Channel changer......I challenge any guy who is a master of the Remote to come and see if they can out-do her  Sad......I'm sure she can match the best.......... Roll Eyes
