panel sizing (Read 266 times)

I was  playing around and trying to make my first panel. I was able to create it and bring it into flight sim...
however it ate up the entire screen. I checked out several panels in FS, but seeing as there is not one set size, how do you keep the panel from overtaking the screen. I resized it several times anywhere from 470 to 800x600...

Is there a set size?

Hi wish_bear,

What program are you using to make your new panel?

If it's cfgedit. you may want to check the following,

In you main panel (usually 00) go to WINDOW in you program options and click on "SET DEFUALT POSITION"

From here it will show you the position of the panel once loaded into the simulator.

Reduce the X & Y axis to resize your panel.
It's an idea to check the "OUTLINE HORIZON" option to give you an idea..

Note: Make sure you backup everything first......

Hope this helps a little
