Aircraft dont appear on game (Read 128 times)

Just downloaded two aircraft and although they appear in fs2002 /aircraft they dont appear on the select aircraft list on the sim itself. Why would this be?

Could you be more specific as to what the problem is. It could be the way you are installing them to are they for Fs2002.

Yes they were for 2002 and I used the extraction wizard. They just have not shown up on the actual game but they are in the AC file.

When using the extraction wizard where do the planes show up? They should be in the aircraft folder of Fs2002. They should appear in the following order:
Example:Bombardier challenger 604
   model
   panel
   sound
   texture

I myself unzip the files into a temp folder and manually put the planes into Fs2002. Also you should read the readme file for special instructions, if any. Some planes come with effects and gauges folders and they must be placed accordingly.
