Is there any kind of add-on that allows for more a realistic runway? Such as...
Cracks, painted over with obvious paint job. or just cracks. The runways they have on FS are all perfect. Perfectly kept up and everything.

Check the scenery library. I don't know about cracks but I have the one with the skid marks (no, not the kind you guys are thinking.)

One more thing, there an add-on that puts fences around all the airports? Don't want someone walking in and getting squished by a tire would ya?

I've seen one or two add-on airfields with this, but the majority of people don't bother....... Guess they're counting on virtual people having more common sense than real ones

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I've had some runways with "those" kind of skid marks. Darn those nervous passengers...it was one tiny wing drag....simmer down.
Great edit, Bob.&&&&&&Google it. &&&&

I would check the scenery here, and also I know there are many different textures for runways and buildings at Avsim.com. I am sure there are some here also. Do a search for airport textures.
