A Hercules has crashed in Algeria, killing all 5 crew and at least 12 people on the ground. It came down in a residential area today about 25 miles west of the capital.
No more details available at the moment.
This is Algerias second big air disaster this year, in March an Air Algeria plane came down with the loss of 102 aboard, before that they hadn't had an accident since 1953.
