Your copy of the program was distributed with the freeware license. As freeware you are permitted to distribute this archive subject to the following conditions:

This software is freeware, for private use only. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. It's not allowed to earn money with this software! You can give EOD in the original ZIP archive to other people as long as you do not manipulate the ZIP archive.
