EOD/FSSC question (Read 481 times)

Ive been working on some things in EOD and FSSC but am thinking of releasing them as payware. To be exact, i  have created some APIs to place them in a scenery using FSSC. I have made the APIs in EOD and will arrange them properly in FSSC. Would i have to ask the authors of both programs for permission on this? Or can i proceed and make the scenery and release it as payware without having to ask?

Check the ReadMes for each prog but as far as I'm aware neither contains anything to prevent your from issuing anything produced using the software as payware.

Is it that good?........... Wink

Copied direct from the EULA in FSSC Help. The bold type is mine. I think the conditions are quite clear.  Roll Eyes

LOL I expected as much. It doesn't take a lot of searching - if you want to find it.  Roll Eyes
Most utilities/applications have similar conditions, both freeware & commercial software like FS Design Studio or even popular graphics editors.

In most cases you can purchase a commercial licence for the latter. That's the way of the world. If you want to profit by using the stuff, you pay extra.  Wink
