What would you recommend is a good traffic system to buy over the internet to increase traffic levels with real airlines and aircraft?

I've tryed to download Project AI and install but when it asks me to open up whatever file to install, theres no file there. Right at the starting point it messes up.

If I were to buy one over the net, what would be a good program, and it has to come on CD meaning I don't have the connection to download it all over the internet.

One last thing, this program must have my home airline of NORTHWEST on it with realistic flight schedules and aircraft used on those schedules. I'm willing to pay up to $50 for a quality program that is both realistic and frame-rate freindly.
