It's FAJS (Johannesburg International) and FACT (Cape Town International). They are from a payware version of South African scenery (available here:  http://www.savsd.co.za/ ) ,though, quite frankly, the freeware scenery for South Africa from Aeroworx ( http://home.telkomsa.net/aeroworx/ ) is better, but they haven't done the whole country.
