When flying an aircraft with machine gun stations and I swith to a gun, the aircraft starts going into spinning/vertical dive. Is there a way to fix that? I wan't to shoot aircraft down, not crash Angry

Hi Andrew, I have had similar problems with the AI autopilot.  I think if you fly at the exact altitude and exact heading that you should fly at then you will not experience this problem.  I usually ignore my Guns on bombers as I am the pilot, not a gunner.

I agree and I do precisley what the Pilot of a bomber would have done.  I dive to gain airspeed and then jink around like a bastard to put off the enemy's aim.  In the B-25 I sometimes try to get in tighter formation but it is difficult as the AI planes shear off far too early.

I like to know that the feature to shoot is there if I get bored, but as I said in my previous post I am a sim pilot, not airgunner.  It annoys me that I have to do the bombadiers job as well.
