redhat? secret squadron?
fantasy my friend......
the us had bought Mi24 for wargames to train the army,
and maybe some other russian equipment..
they were probably obtained by the soviets, as we are semi-allies now
the german mig-29s have said their last goodbyes to the US of A because soon they will be replaced by the EF2000... sad

okay,we can't live with those old birds forever. the EF 2000 will be a very good replacement for them.

actually, the US has bought mig 29's before, they are used as agressors, but just 1 or 2 years ago, they bought a shipment of 6 mig-29's, the official reason was "to keep them from getting in to the wrong hands".
sounds kinda fishy...

they had:
some Mi-24's from some country in the mideas
a tarantul-2 from the DDR navy (now in some museum in the US)
MiG-21's (as YF-110) and Mig-23's (as YF-113) bought somewhere under the 'Foreign Materiel Acquisition/Exploitation' program
And the F-18 agressor squadron is part of the navy. they have a color scheme like the one used on the Su-27
THIS
Mi-24 flies in the USA for the US airforce. It's used for crew familiarisation so they can learn the weak and strong points by flying it
Russian planes:
IL-76 (all standard length ones)
,
Tu-154 and Il-62
,
Tu-134
and
An-24RV

EF2000 sucks, and who said that the MiG-29 is "old"
it kicks ass.....
if you could direct me to the source where it says the US bought MiG-29s, that would be great because right now i am kind of doubtful that happened
