when i am heading to the runway, and prepare to land, everything is just fine. However, when i press approach button, the aircraft suddenly turns 90 degree to leave the approaching heading. What is wrong? Anything i didn't do correctly?

Set your Heading Bug to the runway heading. When AP takes over it is following the currently set heading, usually default is 360 degrees.

Xinmayu,

Also, if you are using GPS navigation, make sure you have the NAV/GPS switch set to "NAV" for your approach to the airport.  I've made the mistake of forgetting got do this more times than I care to admit.....
