June 2, 2003-Capital Airways and Capital Express Airlines announced they will begin operations from Washington-Dulles International Airport (KIAD) on July 1, 2003.  They're still working on the flight schedule and website now, but information can be obtained at geocities.com/capitalairways. (A dedicated domain is currently being discussed.)  Be sure to sign up for the newsletter to be informed of all the latest developments.  Pilots, painters, and other virtual staff wanted to help us grow this airline into a major force in the VA industry.  THIS AIRLINE WILL BE AGRESSIVELY PROMOTED TO ENSURE MAXIMUM GROWTH.  We will begin operations with Boeing 727's (Capital Airways) and Beechcraft 1900D's (Capital Express) with plans on adding the B-737, B-767, B-777, L-1011 (possibly), ATR-42, and EMB-145 in the future when traffic necessitates.
