Mt.Rushmore fly-by (Read 261 times)

After selecting the Mt.Rushmore Fly-by, I'm supposed to be flying toward Mt.Rushmore but where is it ? how do I locate it? and how long til I get there ? and any info would be appreciated

What I would do is put yourself in SLEW mode and use your peripheral views to look around. I'm sure you will find it (if you don't slew at 32,000 knots!) Once you get a location, determine your bearing from the airfield. Take off as usual and enjoy the scenery in REAL time.

Yeah, just fly over the next big ridge and it's on your right.

Great shot Rollerball!! It definatley needs to be viewed close up because it looks like a piece of chewing gum stuck on the side of the Mountain from a distance.

Thanks guys. I found Rushmore.
It's a big sky up here!
(I took a snapshot of it as I flew by and tried to insert it here but it didn't work. Are 'valued members' allowed to insert gifs or jpgs as Rollerball did?)
