Hi.  I downloaded Crashbak2 on this site and tried to install it per the directions.  The install program "hangs" in the middle and I have to do an "end task" to get the machine back.

It reaches a point in the install that says it is installing a font....... Arial narrow if I remember corectly.... and that is as far as it gets.

I am running Windows XP home up to date with MS updates as of two days ago.

ANyone else experience this?

Thanks.

I figured this out myself.

I went into Windows XP and set the compatibility mode for the exe file to Win 98........ and it installed fine.  The effects seem to work OK.

Hope this thought helps someone else.

best,
