I thought I read somewhere that when you pulled into the yellow bounded area by the fuel pump yours tanks were automatically filled,  Mine aren't.  Mine stay the same  Am I mistaken? Angry

You have to come to a complete stop.  Some say you have to shut down you engines but I have not found that to be the case.

Applying the parking brake usually does it.

Sorry to resurect a dead topic, but I just found this one while surfing through the post pages.  I checked all of those methods last night and just stopping and setting the parking brake didn't work for me.  I did have to shut down the engines to get refuled.  I even checked under the feul settings option after stopping and setting the parking brake and it didn't show refueled until shutdown.  I was in the Mooney Bravo at the time.

Then I checked it in one of the default Cessna's and chest had to set the parking brake, but could leave the engine on.  I guess it varies between aircraft, and just go down the list untill your gauges show full again.  I'm glad I also now know how to refeul without going through the fuel menu.

That's interesting. I didn't realise the procedure was aircraft dependant.
