I Like Flight Simulation!
You have to come to a complete stop. Some say you have to shut down you engines but I have not found that to be the case.

Applying the parking brake usually does it.

Sorry to resurect a dead topic, but I just found this one while surfing through the post pages. I checked all of those methods last night and just stopping and setting the parking brake didn't work for me. I did have to shut down the engines to get refuled. I even checked under the feul settings option after stopping and setting the parking brake and it didn't show refueled until shutdown. I was in the Mooney Bravo at the time.
Then I checked it in one of the default Cessna's and chest had to set the parking brake, but could leave the engine on. I guess it varies between aircraft, and just go down the list untill your gauges show full again. I'm glad I also now know how to refeul without going through the fuel menu.

That's interesting. I didn't realise the procedure was aircraft dependant.
Useful to know.
