How can I flatten areas in fs 2002? In my scenery creation the runway disappears in the ground and the taxiways seem to be roughly. Somehow flatten switches do not work.

Flatten switches are the only way I know of.

Unless someone else has any ideas, you might be better posing the question in the scenery design forum.

Good luck.

Which scenery design program are you using? In FS Scenery Creator use the Area16N Flat Area to flatten the default terrain. I'm sure Airport has a similar feature.
