I released thisone a while ago (almost a year) my first FSDS project..... when i posted the pix here many ppl thought at first it was an ultrlight or R/C version of a mustang....

i took my beloved mustang and rendered it on the hummelbird's colors

I think it was me that thought it was the r/c p-51 8) Grin

I am still amazed at how small that thing is! but love the repaint.

P.S speaking of things that happened almost a year ago.. it was almost a year ago that mustang and I started our f-18, and as a mater of fact... I just took a break of working on it a few minuts ago to check out the forum Roll Eyes

lol i cant wait for thatone! looks so great! i've seen the pix so far

i was wondering if u guys were going to upload a paintkit for the a/c... Roll Eyes

anyway, its been over a year now that i dont get a new plane out, either i start and never finish or i loose the file (viruses killed 4 aready Cry

) i have a Katana, only the air file is left to do, is half done and i got sick of it, is soooo hard to get the spring dampeners right Angry

any volunteers are welcome to try and we'll share credit Grin

we are getting very close to compleation. we have about 70% of the ac texture mapped, we just need to finish the texturing, the 2d panel, and the effects.

yeah we most likely were, if you mean the texture maps with all of the layers. Wink

yeah, I have been fortunate enough to of only lost one large peice of a texture map... but even then I still had a bmp... just meant I couldnt change it.

I dont think I will be able to help you there... all I can say is look at other cfg files of planes of the same weight and see kind of how they are done. Tongue
