Which sort of mods are you looking for & why do they have to be "payware"?
There must be literally thousands of free & commercial addons for fs2002, cfs2, cfs3. Roll Eyes

2. Great site for CFS Series mods www.sim-outhouse.com

3. A little hard to access www.flightsim.com

4. www.avsim.com

Just look around and you should find plenty more.
