Can someone tell me how I can re-establish the Menu Bar on FS2002.  This probably shows my ignorance of computers but I found it useful to make changes in mid-flight. ???

Presumably you're in Full Screen mode. Hit Alt to bring up the Menu Bar .
Alternatively - toggle between Full Screen & Windows mode with Alt + Enter.

Many thanks, Hagar.  I searched 'settings until I was getting exasperated.  If I'd had hair I would have pulled it out!!!   Grin

Just press the alt key and the menu bar will appear without having to change from full screen

Hi

In my system I've lost the ability to get the menu bar with the Alt key! (and end flight with escape key)  Any help on how to get it back?

Thanks

Jim

If you still have the problem after restoring your keyboard assignments to their original default setting (do it anyway - even if you don't think you've previously changed them), then it's probably your graphics card drivers.

This is a common fault associated with some driver sets but you'd need to specify your card and driver set for further advice.

The other cause can be the SP1 update for Windows XP. Some people have atttributed this fault to it although it didn't cause me any problems.
