These are exactly my feelings as well. I have found Michael to be very knowlegable and patient during the processes he went through with this relative hardware and software amature, any question I had during the process he would be happy to explain. I'm sure if you talked about your problems with Michael initially he would have been happy to help out, but this public lashing leaves a bad taste in my mouth!
Michael does this for very little gain, it seems to me that the people who use his services and those that profit from their "addons" that are bought for him are the winners, not Michael, he just receives a token gift.
If you sent him codes for a file before he did the work then more fool you, and what was he supposed to say if he didn't like it "well it sucks but you can have my time for free"? I don't think so.
I am sorry that you feel hard done by but I think if you had been more mature you could have resolved this problem before it was a problem and be enjoying the kind of performance that we who have employed his services now appreciate.
