FSGauges is back.  Need a gauge?  Have a gauge to contribute?  Don't know whether you're missing gauges or not?

I've noticed a couple of bugs in the gauge analysis program:

1. It will always move minicontrols.gau and minipanel.cab into the "Spare Gauges" folder.  You will need to move them back.

2. It will not recognize .xml gauges.  If you have any panels that use .xml gauges the analysis will show that they are missing.
