Well after seeing all the fabulous shots posted on here by some of the best "tweakers", I decided it was high time I tried to get a bit more out of my system.....
Lets see if you think these are ok now ?........I'm not up to Ramsa's quality shots yet, but I think these have been improved from my previous raw posts........

This first shot is how my graphics were before....the rest are after the tweak......
...
...
...
After overflying the apron and tower, I decided to take a run over by the beach and see how it looked....
...
Then back home by turning short final .........
...
...
And finally back to the shutdown area to cool down the big radial up front

Rifleman,

When you edit and cut down the shots. It's very hard to really judge your graphics.

Anti-aliasing appears to be not bad sort of medium but your ground textures and overall clarity which is in general the responsibility of your anisotropy settings and the settings in your Fs2002.cfg file just are not there in these shots.

The process that I go through with people who work with me is quite complex if you want to really learn about it than I'd be glad to discuss it with you.

I would never doubt your ability to bring more out of my system, but in my defense on these images,. I honestly haven't done any more than reduce the file size and image size from the screen I was running when I got the originals....I did however crop some to reduce distracting parts of the image......I would love to get to your level at any time.....my screenshots were taken at 1600x1200 and my reductions were in photoshop to minimize file size for posting on here.......I do however,  see where you say my background textures are short....I give you credit for your knowledge of tweakin, but for me,  its not my strength .....mine is more in image manipulation........thanks for the words...... I think what I was trying to say was that merely cutting a shot or editing it down is not really "tweaking" as you call it.

What I do is hardware and software enhancement only one of the programs that I use to do that is a quote unquote tweaking app and I don't need that either.

I recently did a machine for a prominent a/c designer who had a video card which was beyond old which wouldn't even support tweaking and we were able to achieve excellent results.

Maybe I was a bit unclear of my tweaks....I got the latest drivers for my video card.....then upon suggestions from a tweak website, I made changes and adjustments to the advanced properties of the card....also went to my bios and tried to make changes there, but have only so much leeway with my motherboard options........my shots are better now than they were before, but as you observed and made note of, they are not optimum.....any suggestions you have are welcomed with open ears.......

Nice shots of the Stearman Ken, if I were you I'd take Ramsa up on his offer. He is a tweaking God! Imagine what he can do for your screenshots....

No ATI I never overclock personally I see no reason to.

I firmly believe that overclocking is a very dangerous  thing to do and can end up costing a lot for the little you gain.

yeah, that's true. too much effort (i'd have to unlock the multiplicators of my duron first) for just gaining 200mhz.
