I just downloaded John Page's taxi speed gauge from the "Gauges" section of Simviation.com. There are no installation instructions included. Has anyone had success installing and using this gauge? I can't figure it out.

John Page is a fraud.
That's not his gauge - it's Rob Baradregt's.
I'll report it in the site feedback forum. It shouldn't be there.
If you search for the same gauge using Rob's name, you'll find it comes with comprehensive instructions.

I don't know anything about the taxi speed gauge, but just to make things simple, you can use the GPS in FS2002 to show you your ground speed. It works.

Hit shift +Z for the info on Lat and Long etc, this will give your speed. It's not a guage but it helps.

are you trying of giving your aircraft a constant speed of say 20 knots, use the auto throttle, turn it up to 50 and so it can start first, then take it down to 20, i've found 10 is not strong enough, and sometimes it stays there.
