Hi Jake

There are separate downloads for the Reds.  Don't try to mix the Midnight Hawks and Reds.  For the latest, animated, Reds all you need is:

REDPACK7.ZIP      Formation four, plus panel
RED7UPD.ZIP       Recommended enhancement

That's it.  Have fun!
