I playing a campaing. I want flight a longs travels but, is possible refuel in the friendly airports?. thanks

Yes, should be possible if you have the correct addons.
I´d suggest you browse the CFS2 scenery library for NDB/refuel addons for the stock airfields.
I have unfortunately no specific addon handy as it´s quite a while ago that I played CFS2 but there definitely is something here at this site.
