I have recently purchased a MS Force Feed Back joystick and am experiencing problems getting it to recognize a profile for MS Flight Simulator 2002.

When I go through the list of programs and profiles it does not recognize one for Flight Simulator 2002. Thus the feedback effects are rather weak, does anybody know how I can get it to recognise any profile for MS Flight Sim 2002.

Thanks

GrinI have the same stick and have experienced no problems with it (Don't know if I am lucky or what, but havent fooled with success)  There are several posts not too long ago about this, you may want to take a look, since there are some good points and recommendations posted there.  Good Luck Grin Grin Grin

Hi there mate,

I also have the FF 2 joystick.  It only has FS2000 under the profiles, either use it, or create a new profile, named FS2002, and type in all the commands for the buttons and stuff, make sure that your force feedback level is on full, if you want stronger forces, or just try editing the force feedback text in the aircraft.cfg of the plane you're flying, make the numbers in certain places bigger, experiment, be adventurous!
