When you reach your destination by following the green straight line how do you get a new flight plane without it reloading and taking away the little yellow line that shows your flight path the your aircraft covered??

Use the Go Direct To function on the GPS.

Your 'Direct to' button is between Mode and Menu at the top of your GPS popup. First click will,by using the arrows in the diamond next to Menu, allow you to select a destination and enter it using Enter on that line.
Second click will give you a selection of airfields within 200 miles range.

Unless you intend flying RTW without sleep or leaving your program on pause I believe you cannot save your flightpath. I'd love to see a printout! Smiley

It may make things a lot easier if you get a World Atlas and do some flight planning. It will make the trip much more pleasurable if somewhat less exciting Grin

If you fly VFR all the way and use the GoTo function for each new destination, it does save the flightpath if you save the flight as well of course.

I had a yellow line back to Liverpool UK until my FS2002 got wiped.

Must admit I don't save flights because I log destinations etc manually so all I have to do is look at a previous entry to continue without fumbling around, thats my 'Direct to'.
