looks good (when ignoring engine rendering errors such as the light engine inside)

I think FS is pretty close. If that a repaint of the default 747? Meljets ones look more realistic.

Its POSKY's, I think theres is better in the model, and with the airfile its no comparison.

POSKY has some nice stuff but I believe Meljet is better, also frame rate hungry. Project Airbus, which I think is linked to POSKY has some of the nicest A320 models and textures around, they fly realistically too. Going to download that 747 now, there's a Polar Air Cargo one that looks nice.

if you fly the Posky 744 or the Meljet 744 you'll feel a huge difference! the meljet is way overpowered (eg you can climp at 350kts with a full fuel tank at 3000fpm... Undecided )
my conclusion is that the posky 744V3, who was released after the meljet 744, has a better model AND a better airfile!

i didn't fly with the default 744 for a long time, but one this is sure: the default model is older, so less advanced than the new Posky models. perhaps in FS2004 M$ will come up with a better model than Posky...who knows?
