Help with aircraft ground steering (Read 315 times)

I downloaded a really nice C17 Globemaster however it
has a ground steering issue which was referred to in the
readme file. From what I can tell the nose gear is kicked
to the right so the aircraft steers to the right good but
not so good to the left. My question is how can this be
corrected? TY Rocman99 8)

I do not have the aircraft so I am not familiar with the issue.  However, steering is accomplished two ways by a designer.

1.  Tied to the rudder:  The nose gear deflects the same degrees as the rudder.  If this is how this model works, check the aircraft.cfg Airplane Geometry Section for Rudder Deflection.

2.  Model uses FS2002 c-wheel steering:  If this is the option used, the model must be changed to correct it.  If the issue is in the animation, then only the designer with the model source can change it.

My suspicion is option two is used and the nose gear is not exactly centered upon suspension compression, or there is an animation problem with the c_wheel tag.
