i was doing a flight from Kingsford Int (YSSY) to Lindbergh Int (KSAN). with still 2500nm to come, i saw i couldn't make it anymore, so i flew to the nearest island. i landed at an unknown airport in the pacific. i still don't know which country it was  Roll Eyes. anyway, i refueled and tomorrow i'll head for San Diego...

and no, i'm not doing an 'around the world trip' or something...too easy in a jumbo Smiley

Ken, Love those "flex wing" planes!! Just goes to show how "heavy" those things are!!!

what the hell?! the KLM cargo shots aren't mines, someone else just posted them in another topic. i only took the Cathay ones...
