Well, you could try these sites if you havent already:

If you have gone to these sites and havent found anything, maybe you can try getting a non-Delta MD-11 and repainting it the way you want it to look like

zsynopsis,

Is this MD-11 for FS2000 or Fs2002? Have you tried
the opensky site? Try one of the Delta Virtual Airlines
sites they might have one.
