Checking out the hangar deck to see if any leaves were left after Ozzy ran through with his leaf blower operating ..........job well done, Mark..... Wink

And once the hangar deck is secured, you can allow yourself the opportunity to make a short landing and rollout with a full stop just before the first wire, on the proper flight deck upstairs.....

Here is a better look at that last approach......this carrier sits a few miles off the coast of San Deigo and can be landed on or in, if you have the nerve to try.....

It takes no nerve to land on a carrier that size in a small plane!!!!

What takes nerve is landing a P38 on a WWII carrier with no tail hook... The breaks needed replacing! Grin
