Is there a way to adjust the number of AI aircraft?  It gets a bit boring making flight after flight being able to go to the runway and not have to watch for cross traffic, or better yet, planes taking off and landing.  I tried using the AI aircraft density slider bar, but all I got was more ATC radio comunications and other controllers in the background while one is talking to me.

That should increase your AI traffic, failing that head down to the AFCAD/TTools forum, and learn more about making specific AI traffic etc.

darkhorse. The amount of traffic you see will depend on the airport. Go to somewhere busy like O'Hare (KORD) or even Meigs. If you don't see any AI traffic at all check out this thread. http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=fs2002;action=display;num=...

Thanks for the tips guys.  I've been hanging around DFW and at first there are only around 4 or 5 AI aircraft on the ground at the start.  But after waiting more than 15 minutes, a slow stream of them will start to land.  But it is just enough time between landings that it wont let other AI aircraft take off.  I had 4 AI's lined up short of the runway waiting for a gap in landing plaings.  Once they waited as someone entered the pattern on the downward leg, then land when they could have let 2 planes take off in that time.
